Falcons Improve to 7-3 with win over Palm Beach State

Daytona State College issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.

In the first game of a three-game home stretch the Daytona State Women’s Basketball Team (7-3) responded to the hot shooting by Panthers with defense to take the 62-57 victory over the Palm Beach State College

Three Falcons scored in double figures led by Freshman Kierra Wheeler with 15 points. Sophomores Tanyia Gordon scored 14 points, 7-for-14 from the field, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals. Kimeira Burks added 11 points, six rebounds, three assists, three steals.

The Falcons are back in home in action, December 16th vs. DME (Post Grad).
