The Small Business Development Center at Eastern Florida State College will host a Government Contracting Seminar on Tuesday, May 10 on EFSC’s Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Florida.

The seminar is designed to assist businesses and individuals who are brand new to government contracting, in the early phases of contracting, or are new hires for established contractors who need to understand the process.

The session will run approximately three hours and will include topics such as:
• General overview of government contracting
• Getting registered as a government contractor at all levels
• Business development framework for government contracting
• Marketing Tool Kit discussion
• Introduction to the SBA’s Dynamic Small Business Search database
