And then there were eight. Following a pair of comfortable, two-set victories, the Nova Southeastern doubles teams of Nika Kozar/Zala Dovnik and Natalie Espinal/Chantal Nosievici each advanced into the quarterfinal round of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Cup on Thursday.

DOUBLES:

Kozar/Dovnik (NSU) def. Stephenson/Waller (Ferris State), 6-4, 6-3

Advance to play #4 Gonzalez Ramirez/Ovcina (Angelo State)

#2 Espinal/Nosievici (NSU) def. Graydon/Kirchtag (IUP), 6-3, 6-1

Advance to play Franco/Garza (West Alabama)
