School Choice Selection Form
Monday, Nov 30 to Tuesday, Dec 1, 2020
If you are interested in changing to face to face for the second semester, please complete and turn in the School Choice Selection document to Madison County School District. The school choice selection form is on the Madison County School Board website. We have also emailed and attached the document in an email to all MCHS students. It is important that this form is completed and turned in by Monday, November 30th.
