Census Bureau: More men than women in Madison in 2019

Of the 2,793 people living in Madison in 2019, 46.7 percent (1,303) were women and 53.3 percent (1,490) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Panhandle News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 978-to-753. In the 65 and over age range, there were 240 females and 314 males.
